Ed Rodriguez, Principal
Ed Rodriguez has enjoyed a more than three-decade career providing accounting and other related services to a range of businesses, including those involved in real estate. A licensed California CPA, he holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from California State University, Long Beach.
Tom Stoddard, Chief Financial Officer
Tom Stoddard’s 30-plus years in real estate have seen him serve as a senior executive and consultant with over a half-dozen firms. He holds both a California broker’s license and a degree in finance from the University of Southern California.
Jim Mauge, President of Development
Holder of a degree in marketing from the University of Arizona, Jim Mauge has helped to develop retail and mixed-use projects that total more than two million square feet. Prior to transitioning to UCR, he maintained responsibilities as senior vice president at CBRE.
Kelli Corcoran, Operations Manager
Kelli Corcoran’s wide-ranging skills include office management, multifamily leasing, bookkeeping, and unit turnover coordination. She previously worked in office management at PAS and, after joining UCR, earned a promotion to her current post in just three years.
